Mesurement thresholds
WARNING and CRITICAL thresholds are assigned by default to any performance test or workload indicator. Following an observation period (usually one month) these thresholds are fine tuned with the client. The number of threshold reviews is defined in the service contract and must be limited in order to have sufficient time for observation.
DashView® (map)

Alaloop's portal have a very performant mapping system allowing visual management of IT performances. The DashViews are designed from background maps supplied by the client in PNG format to the dimensions required to be displayed on any monitor.

Report templates
Alaloop's portal has a flexible and powerful reporting module. The service contract will contain the minimum number of “ready to use “ and customized report templates.
The reporting module allows to genrate reports such as:
- Executive report: synthetic report of few pages detailing applications / services / sites experiencing performance problems.
- SLA report: detailed report per area of responsibility with calculation of the number of items not meeting the SLA;
- Technical report: detailed report with graphs and status logs of critical events
Alarms

The alarms definition and its notification conditions are set in a alarm management policy. The service contract plans one or more review of this policy. The alarm policy concerns both performance and workload (critical resources health: servers, routers...) measures.
