Monitoring and alarms
- Monitoring : counting of performance/workload measures by state (OK, Warning, Critical). Direct access to measures by clicking on the widget;
- Alarm : counting of performance/workload measures spent in Critical condition (or left this state) during last hour. Direct access to measures by clicking on the widget;
Related features
- Dynamic Alarms Journal : suitable for display on monitor screen;
- Notification by email or SMS ;
- Customizable notification terms (over-threshold, ratio, etc...);
- Dependencies management to avoid multiple notifications;
- Maintenance periods management to freeze notifications.
Maps
- Instantaneous view of performance / workload measurements
- Measurement level displayed by colored object

Dashboards
Several types of dashboards are accessible by tabs :
- Scoring : measurement score over the period with computation of maintenance periods ;
- Values : Min, Max and Avg measurement values over the period;
- Graphs : measurement graphs with default settings;
- Custom Graphs : multi-measures / multi-Y axis graphs for custom analysis.
The dashboard
generation settings include :
- Measurement selection by perimeter or Advanced Search tool
- Period selection : presets or interactive calendars
The Advanced-Search tool allows selection of measurements :
- by measurement name ;
- by measuremnt score (ex: Warning state < 80%)
- by measurement results (ex: network delay > 1 second)
This tool allows quick generation of
customized dashboards for any specific analysis.
Investigation tools
They are directly available from the dashboards.
