Alaloop portal main features

Alaloop features and measurement perimeters are assigned to individual profile. This modular design is allowing the portal to address different needs and differents uses. A web-training is provided after the configuration has been completed.

 

Open and scalable architecture

Alaloop portal covers main performance measurement needs for all IT aspects : network, server, application and quality of experience (QoE). New tests can be added if needed for a specific project.The Alaloop instrumentation guide gives details on all supported instrumentation. This publication is regularly updated.

 

The hardware architecture of the portal is adapted to the number of measures to deal with. It varies from a single configuration with one server up to an 3/3 architecture for complex environments. Fonctionnaly speaking, we distinguish the SLA and Netflow portals. Both portals can be combined into a single Web Interface.

New software releases

All developments are based on proven standards :

Alaloop releases two new major versions per year on average. Those releases include features  based on customers demand and/or Alaloop support team requests that benefit all users by providing them with new proven measurement features.
