Maintenance periods
Alaloop offers advanced management of maintenance periods since the version 4.3 of our portals deployed in December 2008. It allows effective monitoring of service contracts (SLA).
Analysis periods offer a second level of SLA evaluating availability and performance of networks and applications on the critical time periods for the "business" of the company
Analysis periods

They are used to define "critical" time slots for the business or, conversely, to exclude insignificant slots. They complement the maintenance periods to provide a second level of SLA more business -oriented
The analysis periods are taken into account in:
- dashboards
- the drilling tools of the portal (*)
- synthesis (reporting).
