The method PARQ, exclusive to Alaloop, is a pragmatic approach directly issue from our experience. It is based on documents/fact sheets filled in with the clients, we ongoingly update them in consideration of changes occuring. This method is inspired by the continuous performance improvement cycle (Deming cycle) and the optimization of IT production costs depending on the iterative cycle as follow:
