Jean-louis Mélin : Founder & CEO
Jean-Louis Mélin is the founder of ACTE Ingénierie, and after of ALALOOP SAS.
Jean-Louis Melin graduated as an Engineer from ESIEA (83), and began his career in industrial computer science and real-time operating systems. As he was especially interested in networks, Jean-Louis Melin created the Neural Technical Engineering service, then the NDS department in the Bouygues group, before creating ACTE Ingénierie in 1992. He is a recognized technical Expert in distributed architectures, and militates today for monitoring the operational performance of these systems and respecting SLA service contracts. He designed the PARQ method (Preparation Audit & Quality Review) which enables solid implementation and operating of performance measurement.
He is the author of several books including "Pratique des réseaux ATM" and "Qualité de Service sur IP" published by Eyrolles. He teaches at the ESTIA, the Engineering School at the IZARBEL technology center park on the Basque coast. He is also a technical expert in international cooperation. He is passionate about " best practices ", and leads many seminars about the management of technical and economical performance of IS.
Administrative & Financial Director
Sandrine Chabrier ensures the administrative, accounting and legal aspects in the management of contracts.
Trained as a biologist, Sandrine Chabrier was administrative manager for the Departmental Laboratories of the Pyrénées Atlantiques in Pau. Sandrine Chabrier is used to reconciling the respective needs of customer service and rigor in management, and is also responsible for the company’s internal quality procedure, especially concerning the Alaloop managed services offer.
Business development
Arnaud Koenig is in charge of the business development and the international market. Graduate from a top business school with a major in yield management and Marketing for services, he has a strong international background. After 3 years in Thailand working in the Sales and Marketing field, Arnaud spent 6 years in London in business development role for a multinational and as an European executive search consultant in the Operational Excellence field.He joined Alaloop in February 2010.
R & D Manager
Sylvain Caillet, graduated with a Master in IT digital research, has 15 years experience of managing development teams in the data base and distributed systems field. Concerned by durable developments, Sylvain manages its team accordingly and around open standards like Java, Tomcat and PostGreSQL and frameworks like Eclipse & Struts. The standards that he has sat up are facilitating the interventation of our development partner DEV 1.0.
Customer & Services Center
Located on the Izarbel Technopole in Bidart (64 - France), the center is composed of measurement specialists.
Production division run by Fabien Lasbats
The production division is responsible for architecture design and sizing as portals. It takes into account the deployment of platforms in our Data Center (Cloud solutions) or at our customers (private solutions). It is responsible for the validation of new versions and validates the technological innovations on test environments. It deploys the software updates on the customer portals and measuring agents.
Operation division run by Bruno Biscay
The operation division is responsible for defining measurement strategies, to assist customers in the use of portals and interpretation of the measures. It also ensures the development of measurement strategies using the method PARQ. He leads the training.
